Good question. 24 chargers at 360 kW is 8.6 MW peak if all run full tilt. That is not trivial for a single site. Would be interesting to see if they have local storage or grid upgrades planned.

Dubai has the solar resource to pair with this. If those chargers are backed by solar plus storage, that would cut grid stress and improve the carbon math. No mention of that here though.

True. But taxi fleet charging is usually at night when taxis return. Solar would not help then unless paired with batteries. Daytime fast charging for shift changes could work though.
