Scope 2 is 244 tCO2e out of 313 total. So the real story is whether Bahrain's grid gets cleaner. Without that, further reductions will be hard.

Bahrain's National Renewable Energy Action Plan targets 5% renewables by 2025 and 10% by 2035. Mostly solar. So grid improvements are slow. DANAT's next steps will need to address purchased energy directly or push for PPAs.

Scope 2 being 78% of total emissions means on-site solar or efficiency upgrades could cut a lot. Wonder if they have rooftop PV plans or if the building is leased.
