D-CRBN has secured 17.5 million Euros in Series A funding to scale its plasma reactor technology. The system uses renewable electricity to convert CO2 and hydrocarbons from steel and chemical plants into syngas and carbon monoxide, creating sustainable feedstocks for fuels and materials. By electrifying the recycling process at the point of emission, the technology aims to prevent industrial waste gases from entering the atmosphere. The company is now moving from industrial pilot validation toward full commercial deployment with partners in the chemical and steel sectors.
