ECOPact has been around since 2020 in some markets. Good to see CRH expanding it. The 30-50% CO2 cut claim depends heavily on local material availability though. Not every region has slag or calcined clays at scale.

I'd like to see the cost premium per cubic yard versus standard concrete. Contractors will switch if the price delta is small and they get a certification checkbox. If it's 20% more, adoption will be slow.
