Crew Carbon has secured $25 million in Series A funding and grants to scale its patented carbon removal technology. The company integrates with existing wastewater infrastructure to capture carbon dioxide and other super-pollutants using alkaline minerals, reducing costs for utilities and ratepayers. With over $33 million in carbon removal offtake contracts from firms like Google and JP Morgan, Crew Carbon focuses on high-confidence measurement, reporting, and verification (MRV). The funding will support further technology development and the expansion of deployments across the US and Europe.
