Crew Carbon has secured $25 million in Series A funding to scale its carbon removal technology. The system integrates into existing wastewater treatment plants, using alkaline minerals to accelerate mineral weathering and permanently store atmospheric CO2. By optimizing pH and alkalinity within current infrastructure, the company helps utilities improve treatment performance while generating verified carbon removal credits. Crew Carbon has already secured over $33 million in offtake agreements with companies including Google and Stripe.
