The article says no financial benefit for the grazier. That is the weak point. If the Welsh government won't pay for this service, the scheme stays small and dependent on volunteers. Hard to scale.

Exactly. The Welsh government declined to comment on support for conservation graziers. That tells you the policy gap. TB testing costs and road risks are real barriers. A community share scheme is a workaround, not a systemic fix.
