Cornwall Sustainability Awards carbon reduction category: how to enter and what judges want
businesscornwall.co.ukBusinesses and community groups in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly have until October 31 to enter the Carbon Reduction category at this year's Sustainability Awards. The category is sponsored by Carbon Sense and is designed to recognize organizations that can show real emissions cuts, not just a net zero target on paper. The guidance for applicants is practical. Entries should be built on evidence: what emissions are measured, how they are measured, what has changed, and what impact that change delivered. Organizers also want to see work beyond direct operations, including supplier engagement, low carbon procurement, waste reduction, and transport and materials choices. The awards are open to businesses, community organizations, town and parish councils, schools, social enterprises, charities, and individuals based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Full category details are available on the CSA website.
