CLPe and Great Eagle Group are implementing a Cooling-as-a-Service model at Cordis, Hong Kong, to replace aging infrastructure with high-efficiency water-cooled air conditioning. The project uses a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer model to reduce electricity use by 40% and cut annual carbon emissions by 600 tonnes. The partnership includes a Memorandum of Understanding to scale these energy management solutions across Great Eagle's hotels, malls, and offices in Hong Kong and mainland China. The collaboration focuses on battery storage, EV charging, and the creation of a low-carbon building playbook for the industry.
