Christianson PLLP Earns Accreditation for Clean Fuel Verification Across Canada and US

Christianson PLLP, a certified public accounting firm, has received accreditation from the Standards Council of Canada. This allows the firm to serve as an independent third-party verifier for renewable fuel producers under Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations and the USDA's Technical Guidelines for regenerative agricultural biofuel feedstocks. The accreditation also supports verification for the 45Z Clean Fuel Production tax credit, helping producers lower carbon intensity and maximize credit value. The firm already handles Renewable Fuel Standard compliance and state low-carbon fuel programs. With this new ISO-based accreditation, producers can consolidate multiple verification needs with one provider across federal, state, and international programs. Christianson plans to expand into additional sustainability verification services as demand grows, according to partner Kari Buttenhoff.
