Chinese Shipyard Huangpu Wenchong Lands $1 Billion in Orders for Low-Carbon Container Ships as Global Fleet Goes Green

Chinese shipyard Huangpu Wenchong, part of state-owned CSSC, signed contracts for 13 container ships of 5,000 TEUs or more in a single week. The batch is valued at around $1.07 billion and brings the yard's total orders for medium-sized container ships to 39.
