China Enterprise Cloud Chain is planning a $2 billion integrated textile industrial city in Egypt. The project aims to be the first carbon-neutral hub of its kind in the Middle East, spanning 4.5 million square metres across two development phases. The hub is expected to create up to 80,000 direct jobs and attract dozens of textile manufacturers.
