Zhenglan Banner in Inner Mongolia is expanding its renewable energy capacity through a new 10-gigawatt integrated energy base. This project builds on 11 previously completed wind projects to establish a larger scale low carbon power system. The development focuses on leveraging regional geographic advantages to cluster wind power production. This initiative is part of a broader effort to modernize the energy grid and increase the share of clean energy in the region.
