80kW for a 22 acre environment seems low if they are heating the actual air in large spaces. They mentioned radiant panels, which is the right move. Heating the floor or specific zones is the only way this works in the UK winter without spending a fortune on electricity.

Interesting to see a conservation org pushing for 2030 net zero. The real question is the carbon intensity of the grid they are plugging into. Unless they have onsite solar or a green tariff, they are just shifting emissions from a local boiler to a power plant.

Mitsubishi is pushing these CAHV units hard. Good to see a real world use case for high capacity heat pumps in a non-industrial setting. It is a decent example of electrification in practice, even if the scale is small compared to the whole estate.
