CARKU presented its truck power ecosystem at the 140th Canton Fair, centered on a dual purpose LiFePO4 battery that handles both engine starting and auxiliary power for parking air conditioning. The system includes a 24V pure sine wave inverter with charger and MPPT solar input, plus a parking AC with carbon monoxide monitoring. The idea is to cut idling, which is a major source of fuel waste and emissions for long-haul fleets. For fleet operators, the claimed benefit is lower fuel costs and total cost of ownership while giving drivers a quieter rest environment. The products shown include the CBL230D-24V battery, the CI2200C-24 inverter, and the CA2300C-24V-R parking air conditioner. The company says the battery can support cabin cooling and electronics for over 12 hours without running the engine. That makes this more than a trade show launch, it is a direct answer to anti-idling rules and fleet decarbonization pressure. Buyers will still want cycle life, recharge time, and real-world fuel savings data before committing.
