Carbon Zero Renewables, a North Wales installer of solar and battery systems, has moved into a new 24,000 sq ft site in St Asaph alongside UK Leisure Living, the hot tub and swimming pool business owned by the same director. The combined premises at Caer Delyn Buildings on Glascoed Road replace separate sites in Mochdre and Colwyn Bay, giving both companies room to grow and adding a customer showroom for leisure products. The renewable energy side has completed installations for commercial clients including Mostyn Estates, Techniquest in Cardiff, and the Waterloo Hotel in Betws-y-Coed, plus residential customers. Director Gareth Jones says the two businesses will increasingly offer turnkey packages, linking pool and hot tub projects with solar, battery, and other renewable installations. Jones is planning further investment at the St Asaph site under a "Project Growth" programme ahead of 2027. No specific installation capacity figures were given, but the move reflects continued expansion in domestic and commercial renewables in North Wales.
