Carbon Revolution, a Victorian government-backed manufacturer of carbon fiber wheels for electric vehicles, has entered voluntary administration. The company accumulated 347 million dollars in debt over four years, facing insolvency due to cancelled customer contracts and high production costs in Australia. Despite receiving government loans and listing on the Nasdaq, the company struggled with slow EV demand and high operational expenses. Administrators are currently managing the company while it continues to employ approximately 350 workers.
