Carbon Revolution, a leading producer of carbon fiber wheels, has emerged from voluntary administration after a recapitalization led by OIC L.P. The Geelong-based manufacturer had accumulated 347 million dollars in debt over four years, but now returns as a private company. The company provides lightweight components to Tier 1 automotive OEMs. This financial reset allows them to focus on the growing demand for weight reduction in electric vehicles, which is critical for improving battery range and overall efficiency.
