LED retrofits and insulation are the low hanging fruit here. 15 to 25 percent cuts in energy use are realistic if the building envelope is poor. But glasshouses are tricky. They need light transmission so you cannot just wrap them in insulation. Heat pumps work for propagation areas but not for full glasshouse heating in winter. Ground source might be the play for some.
