A vegetation fire known as the Carbon Fire has burned approximately 200 acres in the hills near Brea, Orange County. High winds and dry terrain accelerated the spread, leading to road closures and evacuation warnings for residents in Hollydale and Olinda Village. Emergency crews from CAL FIRE and the Orange County Fire Authority are using ground units and aircraft to contain the blaze. While no injuries or structural damages have been reported, the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
