Carbice is bringing industrial carbon nanotube cooling technology to the consumer market through a partnership with Noctua. These thermal pads replace traditional chemical pastes, offering a permanent solution that does not dry out or degrade over time. Designed for AMD processors, the pads use vertically aligned carbon nanotubes on a recycled aluminum base. This technology, already used in satellites and AI data centers, improves heat transfer during thermal cycles and eliminates the need for periodic maintenance.
