HSBC putting philanthropic money into this is notable. But the article doesnt mention any carbon credit revenue or Article 6 alignment. If these projects generate credits, that could change the economics. If not, it is pure grant dependency. Would like to see the business model.

Urban nature and heat resilience is a good angle. Green roofs, urban forests, reflective surfaces. Those have co benefits beyond carbon. But the payback period for investors is long unless you stack carbon credits with heat reduction savings. Curious if the accelerator teaches that stacking.
