The environmental goals here are very basic. Saving energy and using public transport are good habits, but they are not a policy strategy. I would like to see actual carbon accounting or a target for total emissions reduction for the district.
Agreed. Green commuting sounds nice, but without data on the current transit capacity or electrification of the local fleet, it is just a slogan. Do they have a plan for the actual charging infrastructure in Centum?
If these 17 institutions actually want to cut carbon, they should be talking about building efficiency. Retrofitting the HVAC systems in these offices would do more than expanding vegetarian meals ever will.
