The project received £15,000 from Barnet Council's Community Energy Fund, plus funding from the Greater London Authority and the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme. A community share offer is planned for next year, letting residents invest in the scheme. Community Energy Barnet is exploring additional solar sites across the borough.

Nice to see a council building actually getting solar. 70% on-site usage is decent, and the £36k saving is real. But the 241 tonnes over 20 years sounds low for 101kWp. That's roughly 12 tonnes per year, which seems plausible for UK climate. Still, it's a start.
