Browns Plantations Kenya is transitioning its industrial logistics to electric mobility by deploying 30 heavy duty electric trucks. The first 15 vehicles are already transporting green leaf tea to processing factories, supported by new on site charging infrastructure. The project utilizes a fleet as a service model to reduce upfront capital costs. This move is part of a larger strategy to reach carbon neutrality by 2040 and source 100 percent of electricity from company owned renewables by 2030.
