Bronx River Parkway Bicycle Sundays: Reducing Emissions Through Car-Free Access

The Bronx River Parkway has resumed its Bicycle Sundays program, closing sections of the road to vehicle traffic to encourage walking and cycling. This seasonal initiative aims to lower local carbon emissions by removing cars from the parkway for over 12 Sundays a year.
