British Land is upgrading its London headquarters at 20 Triton Street to lower both embodied and operational carbon. The project uses Artus Air heating and cooling units designed for compatibility with heat pump systems and water-based cooling. The 40,000 square foot workspace focuses on thermal comfort and energy efficiency. By utilizing packaged cooling solutions, the developer aims to future-proof the building for long-term low-carbon energy strategies.
