BRIGHT and LanzaTech have partnered to establish a C1 biofoundry at the Technical University of Denmark. The facility focuses on gas fermentation technology to convert industrial emissions, such as carbon dioxide and methane, into sustainable fuels and chemicals. This collaboration integrates AI and robotics to accelerate the development of anaerobic microorganisms. The project aims to strengthen Europe's capacity for carbon-to-value biotechnology and support the transition toward a circular bioeconomy.
