The 150km range claim is the part I am skeptical about. Is that based on a specific city cycle or a lab test? Also, charging via a standard household outlet suggests a very slow charge rate.
If these are just plugging into wall sockets, they avoid the need for new charging infrastructure, but that makes them useless for anyone without a garage.
Luxury EVs like this rarely move the needle on actual emissions because the volume is too low. It is more of a brand play than a climate solution.
