UAE-based luxury real estate developer BNW Developments has launched a Green Print environmental strategy aimed at reducing operational waste through digital transformation. The first phase targets paper waste by digitizing all sales purchase agreements and booking forms, eliminating an estimated 110,400 sheets of paper annually. This shift prevents 1.1 tons of physical waste and about 2.91 tons of CO2 emissions each year, according to the company. The initiative also includes employee actions like recycling plastic bottle caps into lapel pins and updating LinkedIn profiles with climate messaging. BNW Developments says the strategy sets a new baseline for administrative responsibility in luxury real estate, where verifiable ESG metrics are becoming a competitive factor. The company aims to align its expansion with global carbon mitigation targets through measurable waste reduction.
