Blue Energy Motors hits 100 million km with clean freight trucks in India
energetica-india.netBlue Energy Motors has reached 100 million kilometers of cumulative fleet operations with its EV and LNG heavy-duty trucks on Indian roads. The company operates over 1,400 trucks and reports reducing more than 30,000 tonnes of carbon emissions through its clean freight solutions. The milestone reflects a shift in India's logistics sector toward lower-emission transportation. Blue Energy Motors offers LNG trucks with a range of up to 2,400 kilometers per fill and an EV lineup supported by corridor charging and battery swapping that takes under five minutes. Its Energy-as-a-Service model helps fleet operators reduce upfront costs while improving efficiency. Founder Anirudh Bhuwalka noted that fleet operators are now seeking cleaner options that work both operationally and commercially, especially as diesel price volatility increases. The company positions itself as an enabler of sustainable commercial mobility rather than just a truck manufacturer.
