A separate equipment supply deal covers 1.2 GW of gas turbine capacity backed by a hyperscaler offtaker. BKV also closed a Barnett Shale acquisition adding upstream, midstream, and carbon capture assets, and guided Q4 production at 1,010 to 1,030 MMcfe per day.
