BKV is actually putting numbers behind their CCUS claims. 32k tons at Cotton Cove and 90k at Eagle Ford is a start, but the jump to 1.5 million tons by 2028 is a massive scale up. Will be interesting to see if the Louisiana permitting holds up.

The success of that 2028 target depends entirely on Class VI permits. If the regulatory pace in Louisiana lags, those injection targets are just guesses. The incentive structure for these tons is the real story here.
