Bellway is offering up to £25,000 in incentives on selected new homes in Dorset this autumn. The housebuilder says the savings can be used for a deposit, mortgage payments, or upgrades like flooring and appliances. The promotion covers developments including Kingsmere Park, St Mary's Hill, and Corallian Heights, and runs until October 31. The company highlights that new homes are more energy-efficient, with the House Builders Federation reporting typical bills about 21% lower and carbon emissions 33% lower than older properties. One buyer, Simon Smith, said his family's winter bills dropped from about £600 to £200 a month after moving into a home with an air source heat pump, solar panels, and underfloor heating. Bellway's 'Feels like home' campaign aims to help buyers move before winter.
