The platform uses digital monitoring to cut verification time from months to minutes, making it easier for schools, care homes, and commercial properties to attract upfront capital for retrofits. The registry is built on Xpansiv's API-driven infrastructure and aims to connect real estate projects with voluntary carbon markets and compliance programs like Article 6 and CORSIA. For carbon buyers, it offers a way to fund localized, verifiable emissions reductions rather than distant offset projects.
