BASF and Arva are integrating their digital platforms to help farmers and biofuel producers access the Section 45Z Clean Fuel Production Credit. The collaboration links BASF's xarvio BIOENERGY platform with Arva's CropForce system to verify the carbon intensity of grain across the supply chain. This system allows biorefineries to source verified low carbon grain through commercial channels and direct farm supply. By automating the tracking of carbon intensity data, the partnership aims to reward farmers for regenerative practices while providing biofuel plants with the audit ready data needed for federal tax incentives.
