South Korean law firm Barun LLC has signed an MOU with the Climate Change Center to combine policy research with legal advice on ESG and climate regulations. The partnership will focus on carbon neutrality rules, domestic and international ESG trends, and legislative support for corporations facing tighter global standards. Both organizations plan to run training programs through the Climate Change Leadership Academy to improve legal professionals' understanding of carbon neutrality and ESG. The Climate Change Center, founded in 2008 as Korea's first nonprofit focused on climate response, brings policy expertise while Barun contributes corporate strategy and regulatory risk advisory. This alliance reflects growing demand for integrated legal and policy support as ESG rules become more stringent worldwide. Companies operating in or exporting to markets with strict climate disclosure requirements may benefit from the combined advisory services.
