Bangalore Watch Company has launched the Peninsula Carbon, a limited edition timepiece featuring dials made from ReforgeCarbon. This proprietary material combines carbon fibers with recovered carbon black, which is sourced from industrial waste that would otherwise be emitted into the atmosphere. The project, developed with material science firm CarbonCraft, highlights the environmental impact of urban centers. The watch incorporates a visual air quality index meter and utilizes a Swiss-made automatic movement, blending carbon capture applications with luxury watchmaking.
