The deal involves the sale of one million tonnes of lower carbon LNG annually for up to 20 years, with shipments slated to start in the early 2030s. This agreement is a key step toward a final investment decision for the project, which is expected to attract nearly 30 billion dollars in investment. The project has already received its environmental assessment certificate and facility permits.

Agreed. Also, deliveries starting in the early 2030s is a long window. A lot can change in European demand and regulation before the first ship even leaves the dock.
