The Cool Soil Initiative analyzes soil data, fertilizer use, and field operations to provide farmers with detailed emissions reports for individual paddocks. This shift toward a direct relationship between brewers and growers replaces the bulk handling model, allowing for better oversight of sustainable farming practices. The data helps growers identify ways to reduce their carbon footprint and access markets that prioritize climate smart agriculture.
