18 million credits over 30 years is a big number. But I want to know how they verify the carbon storage per hectare. Spekboom is tough but the carbon accounting needs to be solid.

The project claims 18 million credits over 30 years. That is about 600k per year. For 50,000 hectares that is roughly 12 tons per hectare per year. That seems high for dryland restoration. I would like to see the methodology.
