The All Aboard Coalition has invested $22 million in Terra CO2 to support the construction of a commercial scale low carbon cement plant in Cleburne, Texas. This funding follows a larger Series B round and aims to address the high emissions associated with traditional cement production. Cement is responsible for roughly 8% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Terra CO2 focuses on creating low cost, sustainable alternatives to help decarbonize the industrial sector and scale green building materials.
