The press release is light on specifics about the carbon capture method and the hydrogen production pathway. If it is steam methane reforming with capture, the net reduction depends heavily on methane leakage upstream. Needs more transparency.

160M is a decent chunk of change. But for a semiconductor fab the gas purity requirements are extreme. If the carbon capture adds cost or complexity, the customer must be willing to pay for the low-carbon label. That is a positive signal for green premiums in industrial gases.
