Air Liquide Invests $160 Million in Arizona for Low-Carbon Hydrogen to Power Chip Manufacturing

Air Liquide is investing over $160 million to build a new facility in Arizona that will supply ultra-high-purity gases, including low-carbon hydrogen produced with carbon capture, to a major chipmaker's fab expansion.
