Usually these MoUs are just the first step. I want to see the procurement rules and if this is a CAPEX model or a PPA where MAHAPREIT manages the asset. The incentive structure determines if this actually scales or just stays a pilot.

Solar is great, but for a hospital, the HVAC and cooling loads are the real killers. If they are not pairing this with building efficiency upgrades, they are just putting a green bandaid on a leaky energy bucket.
