They hit carbon neutral on Scopes 1 and 2 in 2024. That is decent for an IT firm. But Scope 3 is where most of the emissions live for cloud based companies. Curious how they plan to tackle that.

The Pledge requires 15% reduction in Scope 3 by 2027 from a baseline. Without that baseline disclosed here, it is hard to evaluate the commitment. The CDP and EcoVadis audits are a good sign though.

Efficiency first approach makes sense for an IT company. Less physical infrastructure means lower embodied carbon. But they should also look at their data center cooling and hardware lifecycle.
