Yeah the MWh rating is the missing piece. 500 MW solar with 100 MWh of storage is a different project than 500 MW with 1 GWh. Also wonder about the grid connection point in Egypt.

AfDB usually does concessional loans for these. The real question is whether Egypts grid operator has a clear plan for dispatching solar plus storage or if they will just curtail during peak solar hours.
