By integrating AI-powered scanning and real-time tracking, the city has reduced annual carbon emissions by 1,775 tonnes, cutting the fleet's total footprint by 40%. The initiative focuses on operational efficiency, using IoT sensors and 360-degree cameras to optimize routes and reduce fuel consumption. Additionally, the system has improved circular economy outcomes, with 94% of waste now processed outside of landfills.
