80 GWh per year works out to about a 13% capacity factor. That seems low even for a fishery-solar setup. Would be good to know if they are facing curtailment or if the panels are spaced wide for the fish.

State Grid did infrared inspections on the gear before connection. That is standard but still good to see they are not skipping commissioning checks. More of this type of agrivoltaic buildout would help with land use conflicts.
